I’ve resolved the API error, apologies for not catching that one myself, rookie mistake. The loading issue was to do with a redirect within htaccess which I’ve since removed.
The maps is now loading however when using the dynamic numbered markers it fails to load the individual event markers. This does however work correctly if set to default Google markers. If this is a quick fix great but if not the default markers will suffice for the client.

This is not help to me. I’ve been trying to import stuff for months as my help tickets show, and you keep saying the same thing without any real help. I even offered to pay someone to get this data into the site once correctly.
I cannot compare files if you don’t tell me what is wrong.
Do you want me to go line by line and figure it out when you already know what’s wrong?
I have 12 cities after this to do. Do you want the money generated from those? So frustrated right now. Your plugin has cost me time and lost money.
The date formatting you reference….you need to do your research on if there are any issues with Apple Macs and your software with Excel or other CSV editors on Macs. Text Edit is NOT an option for importing thousand of events. I format the date correctly, if Excel saves it differently I do not know. When I export your data from your purchased CSV importer, it comes with garbage in the first cell everytime….as I have mentioned before in a previous ticket.
Does anyone know how to use your import tool that I can hire? Don’t you get sick of people complaining about this issue? Can you find a way to make it better (i.e. compatibility with other importers)? I am stuck. Right now my options are to hire someone to manually enter all the data by hand or keep trying to get your product to work or bail completely on EventOn and probably get fired because it’s taken so long.

As i mentioned in my post I tried that scenerio.
It won’t delete it when that option is turned on.
It says “deletion failed:”
When the option is turned off, it deletes the plugin, but when i install the updated version the text is all wonky.

This is very good news for your already excellent EventON but how soon? do you have an approximate date ? I just put the ticket in private mode, I will not share with anyone the information.

To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old eventon, activate (Do not delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled) from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. Can you tell me if it is possible to remove the featured image on the slider extension – the layout mini carousel please.
Unfortunately, at the moment it is not supported. However please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote to get it moved into development faster.
OR You can send us a customization job request by creating a new ticket in here and selecting Customization Request as the category.
Also can you tell where controls the colour of the events showing on the carousel before you click to enter into the event details.
Did you mean when you hover an event? If you were referring to the event color then please go to Edit Event > Event Color.

I don’t know if this will help identify the issue but thought I’d mention it.
The stock reduces correctly where we have multipe dates for an event such as the Kids camp – https://www.foodsorcery.co.uk/kids-cookery-classes/holiday-camps/
The issue happens where we have a single event, which is the majority of our classes.

I can’t seem to open any Single Event Pages: http://landofoakandiron.org.uk/events/test/ even after Permalinks reset. Do you have the same issue?
