Reply to: Tile with details – details are not showing

Some of the fields were hidden due of tile design. Could you please add this CSS code to EventON > Styles:

.ajde_evcal_calendar.boxy .eventon_list_event .evcal_desc .evcal_desc3 {
display: block !important;
}

If you can’t see any change, EventON > turn off Write styles to header > save settings > turn on Write styles to header.

Reply to: Can’t import CSV anymore

Hello,

CSV file from EventON > Download all eventON events. contains spaces before any content https://tppr.me/yP7Uo. On our test server everything is correct, with the file from your server as well (except I’ve deleted spaces).

Please follow the instructions in this documentation to activate debug in your site to see any PHP errors recorded that can provide insight on to whats going on.

After debug is activated could you please try to add one test event, download it, remove spaces, follow the instructions mentioned in this documentation and try to import?

Please reply with a link to debug.log file. If you are not able to do this please send us FTP access to your site so we can do this for you.

To backup your data you need to use a solution provided by your hosting provider or a wp plugin (for example, https://wordpress.org/plugins/backupwordpress/).

Please try FTP Method (most secure). This link will further explain the process it.

You can see the error by enabling WP_DEBUG. But I quite sure that you can fix your problems by updating EventON and Tickets add-on.
