Ok, it is now January 29 and still no real response with solution. 9 days with no response other than saying you are pushing the ticket. We must have a fix for this; otherwise, we may have to request a refund for the purchases. Thank you!

Some of the fields were hidden due of tile design. Could you please add this CSS code to EventON > Styles:

If you can’t see any change, EventON > turn off Write styles to header > save settings > turn on Write styles to header.

You can send us a customization job request by creating a new ticket in here and selecting Customization Request as the category.
I can assure you that you can use this guide https://docs.myeventon.com/documentations/customize-single-events-page/ only for files in eventon/templates. So I think you need to customize it in the source code.

CSV file from EventON > Download all eventON events. contains spaces before any content https://tppr.me/yP7Uo. On our test server everything is correct, with the file from your server as well (except I’ve deleted spaces).
Please follow the instructions in this documentation to activate debug in your site to see any PHP errors recorded that can provide insight on to whats going on.
After debug is activated could you please try to add one test event, download it, remove spaces, follow the instructions mentioned in this documentation and try to import?

Meta description is correct: https://tppr.me/TIsh5. Event’s schema has “Form” in it https://tppr.me/mjaPS because there is a string limit (Form is the only what’s left after it stripped HTML code). You need to wait, maybe Google will change result description. You can also add hidden description to Edit Event > Content.

To backup your data you need to use a solution provided by your hosting provider or a wp plugin (for example, https://wordpress.org/plugins/backupwordpress/).

You can see the error by enabling WP_DEBUG. But I quite sure that you can fix your problems by updating EventON and Tickets add-on.
