There is a conflict with the theme. You need to override this style: https://tppr.me/hw7ZM in order to fix this issue.

Please add this CSS code to EventON > Styles:

.evoTX_wc table.variations td.value select {
visibility: visible !important;
}

If you can’t see any change, EventON > turn off Write styles to header > save settings > turn on Write styles to header.

Unfortunately, at the moment it is not supported. However please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote to get it moved into development faster.

OR You can send us a customization job request by creating a new ticket in here and selecting Customization Request as the category so one of our developers can implement this for you.

Unfortunately, autoupdate isn’t available at the moment. Follow the hashtag #newevoupdate on twitter to get real-time update and news about eventON and its addons.

To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old eventon, activate (Do not delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled) from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. This link will further explain the process it. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!

To update eventon addons: You can download latest eventon addons from myeventon > my account. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old addon and install new one and activate then delete the old addon. This link will further explain the process. 1. It should be visible by default https://tppr.me/8lHgz. Could you please try the instructions mentioned in this documentation to make sure your issue is indeed coming from eventon.

2. Yes. Please go to Edit Event > Tickets > press ADD NEW TICKET VARIATION TYPE and add another Variation Type.

3. Please check these guides: https://docs.myeventon.com/documentation/addons/qr-code/. You can also test it manually. Just go to http://bloconomic.com/checkin/ and put a Ticket Code. Please also add

[evo_checking_page]

instead of [add_eventon_checkin] to http://bloconomic.com/checkin/

4. To override and edit the email template copy “eventon-tickets/templates/email/ticket_confirmation_email.php” to “yourtheme/eventon/templates/email/ticekts/ticket_confirmation_email.php.
