Ashan and I are working on a solution for this today actually Christian. Sorry for the delay, this was meant to be done weeks ago, but we since had a HUGE forum issue as you can see, and now we have migrated to the new helpdesk here.

I believe these are default WooCommerce arrows/buttons but I should be able to still provide CSS for a fix.
This is a current option for a while now, you’ll need to add the value addcart=”yes” to your shortcode, it is a value at the very bottom of the shortcode generator.

The ticket status should also be available on the bottom of the reply box:
