Hello,
This event has 0 in Total Tickets in Stock. You can add more if you want to sell more tickets.
According to Sales Insight https://tppr.me/YUHue you’ve sold 12 tickets (you can also check View Attendees). Some customers could buy 2+ tickets as well.
It should either not allow more than 16 registrants or better yet, ignore the unpaid ones, allowing us to sell out.
Every time you Cancel or Refund orders it’ll re-stock tickets. So if there is a problem with Payment you need to cancel the order.
Hi Support,
Sorry what i mean is Variation name not variables
thank you.
I’ve checked we can also exclude Autocomplete WooCommerce Orders plugin as well https://www.foodsorcery.co.uk/wp-admin/post.php?post=28448&action=edit
May I try to turn off every plugin?
Hi, i just wanted to know:
Is the behaviour intentional, that the system is able to create new unexitent ticket numbers on the flow or is this a bug?
Is this a problem with my gun that it appended the prefix ?id= for every scanned code ore is it a config error on the wordpress?
I have some ideas about improving the workflow, should I post them here or do you have a dedicated area for requests/improvements?
Thank you.
It looks like that wp-admin is working now.

I just logged in and verified it worked
I switched to Twenty Nineteen and then back to the child one. Please send us FTP access to your site as a private message.
Unfortunately, I can’t access wp-login.php page because of Modal Window. Could you check?
I’ve checked again and EventON is working now: https://tppr.me/ORlnj and https://tppr.me/YJPZ7. Have you managed to identify what the problem was?
Please use this form for refunds: http://customer.ashanjay.com/eventon-customer-refund-request/.
The best solution is to search in Event Map but also add pagination. Please try this shortcode:
[add_eventon_evmap event_count="5" search="yes" show_limit="yes" show_limit_ajax="yes" show_alle="yes" map_type="upcoming"]
