EventON doesn’t support your theme features such as Theme Header. That’s why if you want to change this you need either change URL slug or add Theme Header to archive-ajde_events.php

I do not understand: I am scanning the QR code…. But it generates the same strange character string than printed on the ticket (see above).

The ticket generated does not show any valid ticket Number ! That’s the problem

I am sorry but we need Order ID in order to find your customer in our system.

Is there another add-on that would allow me to send unique emails to ticket holders based on the event they signed up for?

Is there a mailchimp integration for this?

Unfortunately, no on both question. However please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote to get it moved into development faster.

You can also override and edit RSPV’s email templates by coping default email templates from “eventon-rsvp/templates/” to “yourtheme/eventon/templates/email/rsvp/ folder.
