Hi, I disabled all the plugins except for Event On, EventON Tickets, and WooCommerce plugins and I also disabled my theme and set it to the default 2019 wordpress theme but still getting the same issue:

We did install the main plugin…we even repurchased the whole thing just to getvsupport. We have the most recent version and our site host confirmed we updated it properly.

Reply to: I bought Eventon ticket plugin yesterday, it says it wont work becuase my eventon is now out of date. Please could you upgrade it for me?

I have downloaded a new version of Eventon and tried updating it. It is very complex and I am not a technical person. Please can you update my version of Eventon. All the other plugins just have a button to upgrade them. This is much more complicated than I would have thought. Also, you have posted a reply to another user telling them to take a backup and check the plugin settings. I dont know how to do this. It is much too difficult. I have spent a lot of money, paid for support and still dont have a booking system. Please help me get my Eventon ticket system working. Thank you!
