Reply to: Reminder

My targe is whether I can activate the reminder when creating the event in the frontend or if it is only possible in the backend. Currently I have to go to the respective event in the backend and activate the reminder. But I want that, whether in the backend or in the frontend the reminder is activated immediately. Do I have a wrong attitude or is it not possible? Many Thanks!

Sorry if I wasn’t more clear on the issue. Editing imported events from within the EventON app is not the issue. The issue we’re having is when an event is created in Google Cal, then imported into EventON. We can no longer edit that event in Google Cal and have the edits display upon sync.

I was under the impression that events that are imported into EventON can still be edited within Google Cal – and this would be displayed whenever sync occurs.

We will try to include the solution as a child-plugin. So, the function will be part of a separate plugin. It may get added in future update of actionuser. This is upto Ashan.

But if payment is not processed, it should not hold a seat. What you saw was after I canceled all the unpaid registrants to bypass the issue, as people were tyring to register. It said there were 6 seats, but would not let me buy 4 as an example. In the back end it was saying there were -4 tickets available. 16 registered for 12 seats (thus -4).

Here is another classs you can look at- Homemade Sushi. We have 12 seats available. on the front end we see 3 people attendeing, but only 8 seats available, when there are 4 people attending as 4 tickets were sold. At the same time the ticket sales window shows a capacity of 14 when it has always been 12. This is causing confusion.

If I try to buy the remaining 8 seats at this time, I get a message tha says:

Sorry, we do not have enough “Homemade Sushi, 2019/01/28” in stock to fulfill your order (6 available). We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

This is the same problem we had with the Chicken 3 Ways class. That caused frustration with the customers and the owners.

Please help to resolve this ASAP.
