I’m sorry I dont have access to the server, and I am not technical enough to know about any of this. Basically, it seems that I am running on an old version of Eventon, even though I only bought it a couple of months ago. Do you know how I can get my Eventon tickteting working please? Thank you. I need to install the latest version of eventon and then make the ticketing work.

One test email using SMPT plugin and other from Send Ticket(s) Email to custom Email https://www.zoelensebeemd.nl/wp-admin/post.php?post=1983&action=edit. Both in Gmail inbox: https://tppr.me/aEo8k

It is very annoying when people buy a ticket for an event, but 9/10 times they contact me because they couldn’t find there tickets.

Could you give us a couple of examples of these orders?

3. QR Code is an image. Maybe you need to turn them on in your email app?
