For Variations add-on please use Add/Edit Variation > Ticket Variation Stock Quantity (Leave blank for unlimited) https://tppr.me/HxeK3

Those emails are from WooCommerce and not EventON. Please check Email template settings https://www.calendar.artisansantafe.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=email

1. I am going to contact our main developer about this issue.
2. Please send us FTP access to your site as a private message, so I can enable WP_DEBUG.
I use Outlook / office 365 to check my emails. I just did the test and the email is still located in my spam … see the attachments.
