I spoke too soon in that last message, I have not been able to get the reinstalled ActionUser and Sync add-ons activated because I am getting a message that says “EventON ActionUser is disabled! – ActionUser need EventON version 2.6.15 or higher to work correctly, please update EventON.” I manually updated my EventOn plugin using the zip files from the account but that only brings me up to version 2.6.10. How can I get version 2.6.15 if it is not available to download?

As a workaround for this problem, I have deleted the plugin from the staging site and the live site and went through the process of installing the Action User plugin from the beginning on the live site and it is still telling me that the license key is still being used elsewhere. Is is not being used because the add-on has been deleted. There has got to be a way for you to go into things on your end and just turn them off because nothing I do on my end is working.

I originally tried the suggestion on the bottom of the license page “You can deactivate this license from the website its activated on, then going to eventON settings > Addons & Licenses.” but that did not work in my WordPress Dashboard so I followed the second one “OR you can send us a ticket via https://helpdesk.ashanjay.com and request it to be deactivated.” which lead me here. I understand that the licenses are in the account using megain@theoutawpartners.com. I have full access to that account but the trouble is that I cannot access Megan’s email, and she has no idea what this is for, so I setup the support account under my own email address. There is no other support account. Can we not get this straightened out without having Megan involved? She does not have time to deal with these types of issues.

I turned off some settings in Jetpack and now the images are loading. Does that mean the EventOn plugin is not compatible with Jetpack and we will not be able to activate those settings in the future?

I am unclear. Can you walk me through the steps?

All of our plugins and themes let us work on a production and development server with a single license. That is how you figure things out so you don’t mess up the production server.

Your different policy has us a little confused about what to do with your plugin and add-ons.

The production server will be running and functional while the development server is used to create the new replacement theme. We need about two or three weeks to create a new theme from scratch which integrates your plugin.

So what happens when we move the license? Does it stop working completely on the production server or just stop updating? What about all the addons we bought? You can see what we have from our account.

What happens when we move the license from the production server to the development server for three weeks?

On the development server, we don’t need updating. We just need to figure out how to layout single event pages and archive views of past events and upcoming events.
