Reply to: Presale questions

I want to make sure I understand your answer. I cannot gather additional information on the purchase of a ticket at checkout. Is that correct? If that is correct are there any plans in the near future to add this functionality.

Hello,

Attendees. Please check https://docs.myeventon.com/documentations/set-additional-fields-rsvp/. And for the second question check Viewing Submitted Values from the same guide. But unfortunately, you can’t use Tickets add-on to gather this info.

Payments. WooCommerce handles payments and prices so you need to check it’s options.

General. You’ve already found this info. Perfect!

Please check and let us know if you’ll have more questions.

Reply to: ICS (wrong time and there is no link to event)

Artem, thank you for your reply

My Calendar App is Gulf Standard Time by default which is GMT+4 and is working perfectly with all apps except EventON. Why is Event on not using default WP settings I don’t know and I don’t understand.

ICS file with events is for ICS Importer mostly so it doesn’t have all the fields

This is probably reason why is not working as it should.

Reply to: More white space between tiles

It’s the first one:

.eventon_full_description .eventon_desc_in p {
font-size: 16px !important;
line-height: 1.5 !important;
}

If you can’t see any change, EventON > turn off Write styles to header > save settings > turn on Write styles to header.

Hello,

Thank you for your messages, I am going to assign this ticket to Ashan and he will be able to take it from here and find you a solution. Please allow some time for him to get back to you, we greatly appreciate your patience and thank you for being a eventon customer! Also please disable any IP blocking on your site if there are any.
