Regarding form fields, can you tell us which fields are not showing in the frontend. I just checked and all the ones that have been enabled seems to be showing.

You have old versions of bot the main Eventon plugin and the ticket.

Please update both to latest versions and check once.

Also, ticket booking system is part of woocommerce, so please also check if you have the latest version of woocommerce as well.

If you do not see any changes, go to myeventon->settings and turn on “Write dynamic styles to header” button.

If you still do not see any change, turn off “Write dynamic styles to header” button, save the settings, turn it back and save the settings again.
