Hi Kristin,

I was not able to log in to the admin dashboard.

The shortcode shown in the your screenshot is not from our plugin. I believe it is coming from your theme ( Divi ). So, please contact Divi support and ask them for their assistance with it.

If you have mixed shortcodes fro two different plugins, it will not work.

Let us know if you need help with anything else.

Some some elements don’t appear on eventcard, sometimes you will need to shuffle them in myeventon->event card data.

Hello Artem and thank you for your answer,

I tried the add-on that advises and this solves my troubles, so as soon as I finish writing this, I will buy it 😉

(Using the test site I noticed that you use wp 5 like me, but, unlike you, I can not use the “shortcode generator” directly in the pages … how did you do it? In fact, to generate the shortcodes I always have to go to the “/ setting / shortcodes /” section of the plugin. Maybe the plugin is not perfectly compatible with gutenberg ? can you reveal me the secret and solve this problem in the same ticket too? 😉

Yes, check out the attached screenshot. The shortcode is appearing at the top of the event description. It only appears on the February or later events, not the January events. Please check the February events and you’ll see it. Thanks!
