Reply to: Will no index affect my SEO of event types?

Hello,

To fix this please try Edit Event > Location and Venue > enable Generate Google Map from the address. Missing fields won’t affect SEO, Location won’t be displayed as Rich Data Snippet in search results.

Ashan,

Speaking of good news, I have sent an email this weekend about upgrading my Action User plugin to 2-5 licences, but as of today I received no response about how to pay the extra prorated cost, so how should I proceed ?

Reply to: Mobile menu not working on pages with EventOn

Hi,

thank you for your response. I haven’t been able to fix the problem. The problem still exist and I remowed the shortcode on the homepage. I configured EventOn only on the pages where the the calendar is present you can still see the issue on http://www.westvlaamsemilieufederatie.be/activiteiten-kalender/. The problem is in the submenu items, they don’t still open. On other pages they do… ?

Any suggestions are welcome!

kind regards, Dirk

Hi Luis,

It is caused a css code shown in the screenshot I have attached.

It shows it is coming from a cache file but I could not find a cache plugin installed.

So, it could be from the plugin Artem mentioned or one of the others that you are using.

Please disable all other plugins, change the theme back to default WP theme and check once.

Re-activating them one at a time will show you the one causing the issue.

Thank You

Reply to: Shortcode displays in event description in future months

Hi Kristin,

I was not able to log in to the admin dashboard.

The shortcode shown in the your screenshot is not from our plugin. I believe it is coming from your theme ( Divi ). So, please contact Divi support and ask them for their assistance with it.

If you have mixed shortcodes fro two different plugins, it will not work.

Let us know if you need help with anything else.

Thank You
