Hi Luis,

It is caused a css code shown in the screenshot I have attached.

It shows it is coming from a cache file but I could not find a cache plugin installed.

So, it could be from the plugin Artem mentioned or one of the others that you are using.

Please disable all other plugins, change the theme back to default WP theme and check once.

Re-activating them one at a time will show you the one causing the issue.

Thank You

Reply to: Shortcode displays in event description in future months

Hi Kristin,

I was not able to log in to the admin dashboard.

The shortcode shown in the your screenshot is not from our plugin. I believe it is coming from your theme ( Divi ). So, please contact Divi support and ask them for their assistance with it.

If you have mixed shortcodes fro two different plugins, it will not work.

Let us know if you need help with anything else.

Thank You

Hello Artem and thank you for your answer,

I tried the add-on that advises and this solves my troubles, so as soon as I finish writing this, I will buy it 😉

(Using the test site I noticed that you use wp 5 like me, but, unlike you, I can not use the “shortcode generator” directly in the pages … how did you do it? In fact, to generate the shortcodes I always have to go to the “/ setting / shortcodes /” section of the plugin. Maybe the plugin is not perfectly compatible with gutenberg ? can you reveal me the secret and solve this problem in the same ticket too? 😉
