Reply to: Excluding old events from SEO sitemap (i.e. sitemap.xml)

What happens to any history of the event, such as past ticket purchase (or order history the customers My Account); WP’s cron will typically empty all trash in 30-days as I recall, so once trashed, after 30-days, they’ll be removed permanently.   If the event is trashed, is the product as well? As past event and products show up in the sitemap.xml now.

What’s the impact of this, if both the event/product are removed, as I understand this will also impact WC’s account (year to date for the that given event year)?

Thoughts?

Thanks!

PS- A script generator that excludes/filters past event/product sitemap.xml entries might work as well, by-hand it would be tedious though.

Reply to: I am unable to activate the main plugin or any addons.

Also, please note that we just disabled the eventON plugin a few minutes ago.  The location informed us that they were not able to click into the TITLE box when adding a new post or editing an existing post.  We determined that it was the eventON plugin that was preventing this.

As soon as we disabled it – the ability to click in the title box returned.  Even if I chose the option to remove the ‘Add eventON’ button from the admin – you could still not click in the TITLE box.  You may also wish to look at this while you are in there.

Thanks!
