Exported in ics file events have time in the UTC timezone so you need to convert this time to your local one. This guide should help https://support.apple.com/guide/calendar/use-different-time-zones-icl1035/mac

There is a conflict with Flashsale plugin https://trifuga.com/wp-content/plugins/flashsale/css/grid/style.css. You need to add this styles to the backend in order to fix this issue:
