Many thanks. I’m waiting to see if another issue with EventOn can be fixed before spending $700 on a plugin I might not be able to use after all. I cannot get the additional guest name requirement to work. Any idea why it doesn’t work?

Could you please check if your theme or other plugin have the code that can reduce item stock because “Item #9394 stock reduced from 13 to 12.” shouldn’t be there https://tppr.me/d3VIh

Please also note that you need to activate EventON > Tickets > Auto re-stock tickets when orders were refunded or cancelled (For simple ticket products only).
