Did you perform the backup action as explained in our documentation?

If you missed that, I will recommend you to revert the site to previous state and then perform the update again,  saving your data first.

I do not have the invoice any longer. I have taken a screenshot of my downloads where you can see that I have to licenses and purchases for EventOn. I hope that might be enough.

Please let me know if that works.
