Why can’t I update through the WordPress Dashboard?

Could you please update EventON to 2.6.15 and check again? Before update please backup EventON’s data.

To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old eventon, activate (Do not delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled) from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. This link will further explain the process it. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!

It did not work in first place and this is why I chcked that option.

This is the third ticket I fill in the last month with issues of things not dislaying or working. The other two issues were solved when I changed the site’s language from Hebrew to English.

Again, these issues are on hold for several weeks now.

I need your help with solving it. Please.

There is a conflict with the theme. Could you please add this CSS code to EventON > Styles:

.evo_metarow_socialmedia a.evo_ss i {
font-family: evo_FontAwesome !important;
}

If you can’t see any change, EventON > turn off Write styles to header > save settings > turn on Write styles to header.

to your shortcodes so users can download all events and import them in iCal or Google Calendar.

After edits in Appearance if you don’t see any changes please go to EventON > turn off Write styles to header > save settings > turn on Write styles to header.
