In that latest version of RSVP addon using AFNONE wil remove any additional fields from showing.

I am not sure what feature this is you may be confused with another option.
Anyways restricting ticket purchase only to loggedin customers is not a supported feature within tickets. HOWEVER — GOOD NEWS 🙂 is you can restrict the events with tickets ON to only logged in users with this.

Setting that in event edit will make that event only visible to loggedin users.

So after the 1 year license expire you can still use the software (as of now) You will not get updates until you buy a new license after expiration. If you dont cancel the subscription it will renew automatically. You will get a notification email before auto renewal. And yes when auto renewing the new license amount will be charged from you account, via payment method used to purchase license.
