It looks like that the email you use to send emails is in blacklist. Could you please install https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/ and try to send a test email and see if it’ll go to spam as well?

It looks like that the problem is in 9999 repeats. I don’t think that your server can handle this number.
Please follow the instructions in this documentation to activate debug in your site to see any PHP errors recorded that can provide insight on to whats going on. Please reply with a link to debug.log file. If you are not able to do this please send us FTP access to your site so we can do this for you.
