As it is not one of our programs, we are not aware of how it is supposed to work or has been programmed. And so, we cannot provide help with it.

Can you check the limit of your cron on your hosting provider, if it stops it after some time not to be executed?

Thats is not whats happening. 

WHen page load it loads all rsvp post values. And when you click checkin in runs ajax to update the status. The page is not reloaded to reflect new values. So if you click save changes/update it save old values. 

And yes actionUser support frontend checkin guests.

So when you click checkin from RSVP page it is changed via AJAX. no need to click update again. Doing so will save the old value.

I will add checking from all rsvps page. in the next version.
