Not sure yet. I downgraded and also cleared the site cache and purged the CDN. It’s only been about an hour, but so far it is working as expected. I will keep you posted if I see it happening again.

• filter

Thanks, I was able to execute #2 which worked.

Item #1 seems to exceed my capabilities.  We are using a Divi child theme.  We are happy to pay for customizations if you all would like to provide a quote.

Update: This may  have been related to our recent upgrade from PHP 7.2 > PHP 7.3.

I’ve downgraded our PHP engine back to PHP 7.2 for now. Please let me know if you have other ideas as to why this is happening. Thank you.
