Reply to: “Fatal Errors” messages on back end of Tickets Addon. We can’t edit the event or see any event details or ticket information on back end

Hello,

Could you turn off every WooCommerce plugin (except the main one) then go and try to buy tickets for this event https://sweetology.com/sweetology_decorating_classes_camps/test/?

Also there are js errors https://tppr.me/vNvcz:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'style' of undefined
at pixflow_responsive (custom.min.js?ver=4.5:4)
at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (custom.min.js?ver=4.5:5)

custom.min.js?ver=4.5:4 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'style' of undefined

Could you please fix them as well?

Reply to: How to find overview of ticket sales?

thats the easiest way

I can’t seem to log into your site to view settings but

in myeventon>>>>settings>>>>event top

activate the “edit event button on event top” option (near the bottom)

and then from the event you click edit and you can view sales info from the ticket section for each individual event

as for how many tickets are left- if you are using simple prices then you can simply activate (when editing an event)

Manage Ticket Stock and Show remaining tickets (Only for Woocommerce simple tickets)

and or

Show guest list for event on eventCard

And, I no longer have the download link from https://codecanyon.net/downloads, where I originally purchased the main EventOn plugin.

You need to contact Envato about this. Because the only way to update it to download the latest version from CodeCanyon your account > Downloads.

To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old eventon, activate (Do not delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled) from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. This link will further explain the process it. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!

Hi – it’s not allowing an auto update from my older version, via the WordPress updates.

I do not show the main plugin as downloadable from https://www.myeventon.com/my-account/downloads/, only FullCal and SingleEvents.

And, I no longer have the download link from https://codecanyon.net/downloads, where I originally purchased the main EventOn plugin.

Here is my serial # for the main plugin for verification:  f2de18f6-4c4b-4c16-8fb0-3fa9de0b1d0a

Is there a direct download link for 2.6.15?
