I will try to rephrase everything:

so basically I want to keep this page where users submit events to their calendar:

I wish however to have the “assign user” function to the frontend, currently one can assign users only in the backend.

2. for submission form from above I wish to have a button in the fullcal widget from the frontpage “add/edit events”

This button should direct to this page: https://www.interne-wiki.de/mein-kalender/

3. I would like to tweak the Fullcal Wiget from the homepage to display: currentuser=”yes”.

4. The following calendars should have their own submission form in the frontend:

Why I wish to have a different submission form for these calendars? Only superiors should be allowed to post events if someone is missing from work or events from the warehouse.

As previously stated I imagine it would be best for the category to be fixed. They can have a submission form on a new page. With the template I am using I can restrict who has access to a page, so that would work for me.

5. For the last customization I would like to add the following ticket in this request:

I wish to have the Reminders function from the Reminders Addon in the frontend in the ActionUser Form.

Hi Ashish,

what you wrote is partially right.

I have installed ActionUser and restricted it so that users can only submit events in their own category “my events”. Attached you will find a screenshot from ActionUser general settings.

I wish however for certain users to be able to submit to different categories as well from the frontend. For instance my superiors should be able to submit events also to the calendars “colleagues missing from work” and “warehouse events”.

These calendars are public:

3. https://www.interne-wiki.de/abwesenheitskalender/meinerzhagen/

My superiors should be able to submit from frontend these events, however others should not be able to edit or delete them. Only those with access to this special form in the frontend.

Thats why I imagined to either give some users these priviledges or to make a fixed form for these categories and I can make the page where the form is placed as private or restrict user access to the page where the fronend form is.

I will try it, even if it doesnt work as a company I will pay it as a private person.

Just tell me how much all of my request would cost.

I wish to move forward with this ticket. Also please tell me, if I wish to update the child theme, will there be problems after your job is done?

If something goes lost in the updating process will you help me to get everything back on track?

EventON can’t help you with that. You should check how people are dealing with this problem when posts, pages,… are deleted. Maybe Yoast plugin can help.

Usually there are widgets with recent posts and search bar on 404 page template. You can add EventON’s Event Lists as well.
