Hello Artem. Last time the code is working but that person that was able to book the ticket without seat numbers somewhat distorted the CSV columns and the seat numbers don’t show up upon downloading. Can you please try to download the CSV on your side to see what I mean.

This is one of the orders that I remembered. If you’ll notice one still don’t show as checked in but both of them entered the venue.

Thank you. I’ll wait for this as this is a crucial part of the system that will enable us to detect if the QR code is being used more than once. Usually we don’t have time to check the owners so this must work correctly 🙂

Thank you for letting us know. what is happening is when you click save event post, these saved values are overridden with old values. 

As a temp solution, save RSVP configurations and then dont click ‘save’ for event post. 

We will get this resolved with the next update to RSVP and eventON.

please update the reminder addon to latest version 0.11 that should resolve this 🙂

please use this code fix to get the schedule box close after saving.

if you set this option in eventon settings that should also work for time. Let me get you the fix for closing schedule bix.

thank you for that, looks like you have an active license and you are running a very recent update of eventON. You can also click on license info and see the license information now.

From our system record, you purchased these addons on July 2022 and the second year renewal was refunded fully and the subscription was cancelled on July 31, 2023. 

So your subscription is cancelled. You need an active subscription to download the addons and get support for it. 

Wiebe, so we just released eventon tickets new version 2.4.8 where we resolved the issue with , as decimal separator I think that should help with the correct prices showing.  Please update and let us know how it looks after the updated version. also be sure to clear cache after update 🙂
