oh sorry…..I didn’t see that under the Event Options. It´s on the right site of the settings and yes you are right, if I deselect that option the label “completed” is gone away.

You can close the ticket and sorry for my fault.

I don’t use custom styles. I use only the WordPress theme Enfold, which is built on the avia framework.

I see it when I am not logged in, but not seeing where it captures it for admins to contact the submitter if needed.

Could you update to 4.8.2, then change this color to grey:

If you don’t see any change, EventON > Scripts & Styling > turn off Write dynamic styles to header > save settings > turn on Write dynamic styles to header.

Next we will check the website, just make sure to update EventON.

It seems that you create variations by following:

For the scanning part, we are scanning using our mobile phone but I already purchased a scanner gun that we will be using on the next event.

This is one of the orders that I remembered. If you’ll notice one still don’t show as checked in but both of them entered the venue.

I am not sure how to test this. I did some test with orders on dev2, but they all check-in correctly.
