Meanwhile, please re-download the current version of EventON from CodeCanyon, update it and check if the issue continues.

all the recurring events are done, so they are going to the trash. You can make any edits or new events what you want, its our stage environment.

you can look in the trash and put a workshop bacvk, or make a new one.

the date exported to the csv was always just 1 workshop, and this workshop showed the first initial date (the first date of the recurring events)

Login has be changed for development site: User: EventOn_Admin Password: EventOn_Support_12!

Actually I rebought a new licence for PDFR…so the licence was not an issue.

I just receive error 500 when trying to generate the PDF:

the initial ticket email is not being sent and I suspect this is because your site doesn’t have an smtp plugin running to help the email

wordpress uses php to send email and thats dreadful- when a woocomerce order is placed it sends 2 emails- one to the admin and one to the customer and php will have trouble doing that

add an attachment and it doubles your trouble php is not designed for that- so thats why smtp plugins have been made that take the strain off your wordpress site and sends email similar to your email client on your computer or phone

so theres a load of free smtp plugins on the repository to download- you’ll need to install and then it has settings to fill out

don’t use a gmail account- use one from your domain name like  tickets@gopass.ro or even noreply@gopass.ro

your initial email orders are not being sent- most likely due to your site struggling to send the 2 emails

I don’t see eventon purchased with that email address.
