Hello,

Simply follow 2.2 – Back-end Way:

https://docs.myeventon.com/documentations/update-eventon/

What’s your current version of EventON?

Just to make sure, you can backup the whole website. Usually your hosting provider should provide you with such option.

I tried sftp://sftp.flywheelsites.com/jhall1303/sosland-com, sftp.flywheelsites.com/jhall1303/sosland-com with port 2222, sftp.flywheelsites.com/jhall1303/sosland-com with port 21.

None of the above worked, I am afraid.

Could you check?

I must connect to FTP, so I can update EventON and enable WP_DEBUG to see the issue.

Hello,

Please take a look at “Show remaining tickets (Only for Woocommerce simple tickets)” option:

Also note that if you go to EventON > EventTop > add Tags, then if you enable Manage Ticket Stock and the capacity goes to zero, this badge will be shown:

Unfortunately, no options are available for

Thank you for sharing this. Is there a way you can allow the ‘var’ slug to be allowed from your security plugin?

I wonder if a url structure like this “events/nov-advent/?ri=1&l=L1” would be allowed in your security plugin. Any way you can reach out to the security plugin team and see if they have any solution on allowing the ‘var’ parameter in the url?

So for this order: https://www.held2gether.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=26353&action=edit

has the paypal been charged? because the order notes say payment was declined.

Hello Darren, Terribly sorry you are getting these spam orders and they are failing. Lets see if we can get to the bottom of this and get you figured out on your way 🙂

for the processing orders, please try setting auto complete tickets, and see if that helps. — this will set order status to complete. sometimes, they stay in process when there was no response from payment processing.

I will look into your form submission issue next. Seems artem mention, bots are buying from product page, even though event is not publicly visible.
