Hi Artem thanks for responding… the Events are for sure EventON … they are just being used in a Page created in Elementor … in a loop.

 

Did you click on one of tiles? and have a look at the page that loads?

Please scroll to Events just below Featured… and click on the first one – Guided Snowshoe & S’mores.

Almost a week later and still no support, this is incredibly disappointing. We are at a loss not being able to export a simple csv file that was working fine 2 months ago.

The event is in Trash, so I cannot check it.

Could you try lowering the number of repeats from 100 to 10, for example and try to save it?

EventON > Time Settings > enable Enable custom event time format on eventCard > add Date/Time is for EventCard and not EventTop. There is no way of changing the format in EventTop.

However please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote on your idea and get it moved into development faster.

Please send us wp-admin access to your site as a private message for us to further assist your situation.

Go to EventON > Appearance > make sure that Hide month navigation arrows is disabled.
