Button generates fine but nothing happens when clicked. It’s as if it’s being blocked. Bew is the short code being used.
On customer’s website you cannot even open the lightbox by clicking on the button.
On dev2 you can open the lightbox, but when you try to fill it, it closes:

Could you check dev2 first? I’ve asked the customer to access their wp-admin.

Admin and users are are getting a message that they do not have permissions to submit events.
Please send us wp-admin access to your site from ”Access Info” box on right side menu, to further assist your situation.
I just tested this issue on our test site and was able to submit events without any issues as admin.
I noticed that when I removed the ”Custom name for Event Type Category #2”, then the problem resolved. Is it related?
