If you go to https://www.myeventon.com/my-account/edit-address/billing/ you can edit the address and add VAT number under company name. And then apply it to all the active subscriptions and see if generating invoice make correctly with vat. if not send us the VAT number and we can include in the invoice for you.

Hi Artem thanks for your reply…. I found out that the dev who built this was just linking the single page event to a template for display , NOT opening in a pop up.

for some reason when you click on an event tile it opens to a page , but doesn’t see the template for the formatting.

something has changed after an update from either eventON or elementor or wp? not sure but it was working a week or so ago and has now stopped.

can you tell me where I can find / edit or change / asking a layout template  for the sing page posts
