Hello there Marcus, I am terribly sorry to hear you missed out on the discount. We are not able to refund you a part of the missed discount after its expired.

We do have a discount going on right now. If you would like to re-purchase this addon with that current discount, I can refund you for the entire order then you can repurchase?

let us know.

Yes, I will send you FTP access info so that you can take a closer look. We received that error message recently, see below:

Howdy!

WordPress has a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, EventON.

First, visit your website (https://coloradooutside.com/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (https://coloradooutside.com/wp-admin/post.php) and check for any visible issues.

Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.

If your site appears broken and you can’t access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special “recovery mode”. This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further.

https://coloradooutside.com/wp-login.php?action=enter_recovery_mode&rm_token=XH2oIOkgJtVHxkJqW2pvsm&rm_key=6uRSyz2db4dPCmfAOthshM

To keep your site safe, this link will expire in 1 day. Don’t worry about that, though: a new link will be emailed to you if the error occurs again after it expires.

When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:
WordPress version 6.6.2
Active theme: Lyrical (version 1.1.2)
Current plugin: EventON (version 4.7.3)
PHP version 7.4.33

I attached a photo of the view in the browsers inspector tools showing the empty space the current layout has and squished text info. Can we get something more like the ‘Ideal layout’ in the same screenshot?
