Can we fix the issue with woocommerce-pdf-vouchers from our side?

Please try ux_val=”4″ to the shortcode to make sure that it opens events as Single Event Page.

My client is still experiencing this issue.

It seems to be working now but was on and off for about 2 weeks. In the instance where I do get the ‘undefined’ error, what steps should I take to correct?

your client should be able to add events now with no issues or needing to re-save the event card page- they will add events as normal- its just a thing that sometimes happen on updating the plugin or on a fresh install

client didn’t do anything wrong- just on an update or fresh install you need to save each tab- sometimes……. yeah not a great answer but on some sites it needs a save- on others it doesn’t

might have something to do with caches- we are still diagnosing why it happens but we know at least how to fix

theres 2 options I can tweak the shortcode more

for home page I have pasted underneath your older shortcode

now with the basic eventon you wont be able to show the next 8 events regardless of the month- you’ll need th events list extended addon for that feature  https://www.myeventon.com/addons/event-lists-extended/

for now I just have the next 6 months and 8 events- BUT 8 events per month will show
