Thank you for letting us know of this issue and the need for an option to send reminders to everyone vs those who agreed to receive updates.

We will integrate this properly in reminders addon in the next version. In the mean time please update the code in your reminders addon in the places marks in the screenshot.

Change text ‘all’ to ‘receive_updates’

Please create a new event with enabled Tickets. Go to EventON > Download all eventON events. > download CSV Import. You can now use the file with included Tickets fields to import events with tickets.

Hide multiple occurance does indeed work correct on our end for repeating events in same month.

If you are still seeing this issue kindly let us know and please share wp-admin access so we can debug on your website as we are not able to replicate this issue on our end.

Hello Ashan,

we do receive emails right now (never had issues with that, but maybe there’s a problem now).

Today, my test was successful (only for initial RSVP).

Please find here below FTP credentials to full /public_html.

It is true, we probably have a bit of plugins…can you please point me in the right direction to try and test those plugins you saw giving errors? I am not a WP expert unfortunately, but I can try to educate myself a bit.

Thank you again,

Cristiano

Hello,

Thank you for your great suggestion, at the moment it is not supported. However please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote on your idea and get it moved into development faster.

Hello Loic, what are you using to import the CSV file of events with? Do you not use https://www.myeventon.com/addons/csv-event-importer/

Also need to clarify few things.

So you download all events CSV > edit it to add new tickets for events? or are you editing the existing event ticket’s SKU and price?

If you are enabling tickets for an event, it need to either create an associating woo product or have a woo product ID to use as the product for cart and checkout purposes.
