Kindly update to the latest version of tickets addon 2.4.4 should resolve this and after update make sure to clear cache to load new javascript files.

Yes in 4.7.3 we are adding an option to disable the autp color setting 🙂

But I never got the confirmation. I wonder if your mail server has issues sending events from your website. Re-send confirmation does not work either. 

As for slowness you have 60 active plugins so that usually could be causing the slowness. There are some continued errors coming from some plugins in your website. That could also add to the slowness.

Is it possible for you to share FTP access to at least EventON. RSVP folder?

Sorry to be the squeaky wheel, but my customer is starting to get impatient with the delay. Is there any update as to when this will be resolved?

The auto color is only for the eventTop text. All the other styles in appearances will continue to be in effect. In version 4.7.3 there will be an option to disable this auto contract text color on eventtop.

Thank you. Right now i cannot get the overall paid function to work. After I test buying Submit’s, it still comes out with this message: “

I also see that the product is listet as “processing” after I purchase.
