The problem is still the same. I can add a product to Event On and complete the purchase by credit card.
However, once completed, the ticket does not appear anywhere in the backend, when the purchase is complete. I also do not see the option to generate the QR code.
Can you help me with the 2 problems please? Ticket and QR generation.

I’ve had the client record a video for creation of the custom events that shows the problem with older events being deleted on the cloned site with the latest version of EventOn.
You should be able to access the video here:
