AWesome that worked thanks so much!
Quick other question, my team changed their mind.. how would i do it so the order would date decending meaning December / January would be last events, and current events at the top?

Many thanks and sorry to bother again with this 😀

Do you know if there any plans to include this functionality in a future update or if there is any alternative way to send reminder emails linked to repeating events?
I was able to add to cart successfully in Chrome, but here’s what I’m seeing in Firefox.
Also, is it possible to have the variation name show up in the cart instead of it looking like a discounted ticket? So instead of:
Ticket: Self-Guided Tours October 4, 2024 – October 4, 2024 $12.00 $6.00 [Save $6.00]
It would look something more like:
Child Ticket: Self Guided Tours October 4, 2024 – October 2024 $6.00
I know I can hide the strike text and “Save” callout with CSS, but I would love to be able to show the variation name so that customers do not get confused about what they are purchasing.
Perfect! Thank you very much.
Al events but here is one:

Hello,
Please follow this instruction:
To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website > make sure “Delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled” is Deslected from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. This link will further explain the process it. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!

I confirm that the cache is cleared but it still looks bad.
Here an example (widget):

Hello,
It seems that it should take the admission off when a customer submits an event, not purchasing the admission itself. Could you check and let me know?
You need to go through the checkout process with the customer’s data in order to correctly create the order.
I completely missed the main issue. Both of your events are repeating ones and Reminders add-on don’t support repeating events.
Please take a look at “Compatibility”:

Are you having the same issue with regular events?
