That setting is set to off (ie the eventON single event template should be in use for single event pages)

Use Weekly Repeats to create the closest set of repeats and then switch it to Custom to add/remove/change some of them.

Hello,
It says that Username is invalid.
As for the issue, please go to Edit Location and check Lat/Long values. It seems that one of them is incorrect.
