Secret not found – This usually means the secret link has already been visited and therefore no longer exists.

This whole ticket is private, so you can share the login info right here.

Here is the situation. We are using a PDF library for converting the HTML ticket into PDF format the library we use is https://github.com/dompdf/dompdf

We are using their most current version. It seems it is not supporting the special characters like Δ — I am not really sure what we can do about this because it is not something we coded. We are simply using this library. 

As a temp solution, would you be able to use english characters? — we we know for 100% works correctly.

In order to request a refund, please create a new ticket under Billing & Accounts and be sure to include the order ID for which you need a refund for and the reason for requesting a refund.
