Hello Veronica, EventON checkout process was not what you expected and you felt very frustrated by it.
We are currently in a phase of moving out of envato, which contribute a lot to this.
At the check out page, were you not able to go into My Account page and download the EventON as mentioned in the whats’ next step?

For each new website, you need to purchase a new license.

The same can be done with EventON.

Thank you! They will still be building the website for a few months, do we need a license for more than one site? Can we upgrade to the 5 sites without updating the current plugin on our website? thanks
Thanks… You may want to update the instructions on that page. This wasn’t obvious. It took over a week to get the download we paid for due to an updated version not being at Envato, bad UX after checkout, a failed email password reset link… This was insanely frustrating for the $40.
Now, when I view the event details, the categories don’t appear when they have an associated child category (see screenshot 1). If they don’t have that association, they display perfectly.
When I go into the event details, I can see that it correctly has the parent and child categories assigned (see screenshot 2). I thought it might be due to the text size, but when I enter short names of only one character, they don’t appear either, so that can’t be the problem. Any ideas what might be causing this?
