Hi Artem,

We have had the eventon tickets add on for years, and the main plugin.

I attempted to update the main plugin first, but it failed to authorise, so I ended up deactivating the licence key. Now I can’t reactivate the key for the main plugin?

Have we not renewed our licence?

Complianz is a cookie consent management which is required by German and EU law. (some more info on the plugin here: https://complianz.io/developers-guide-for-third-party-integrations/)

You will see that when you enable save mode (https://staging.pgs-thiergarten.de/wp-admin/admin.php?page=complianz#tools) EventOn starts working again.

So the main site has sensitive information on it, but I made a clone without said information for you to play with here:

Hi Artem.

Okay I updated and the Search Bar is working now.

I am still having an issue with the Font Awesome toggle icons in the filtering bar and on the Events Calendar in these two locations:

I added the code your asked to be added to the Styles section (see attached)

Funny thing the Font Awesome icons work in other places.

password didn’t work for us

if that fails please provide the right password to get in and we will fix it

I have activated

Show remaining tickets (Only for Woocommerce simple tickets)
set it to 7

and this has stoped ticket sales on the 18th but allows it on the other events

gees no copy and paste- when I log in there is no button “vai alla home page” and when searching for the words they do not appear

please provide better login

I have set the “Place ticket on out of stock” on and it sets all repeating events to SOLD OUT for that item – even though out of 8 tickets over the 5 repeats only 1 ticket is sold (Manage Ticket Stock is also set to required)

Only the 18th sept should be shown as sold out and all other dates should be available (see page below)

we are not familiar with that plugin (the compliaz plugin) so it would be handy to see how that works on your site

it could very well be a min JS issue so we would look at your cache if you have one running (I assume you do)

as we don’t know the complianz plugin we are somewhat guessing from the front end
