I did this but the debug.log file is completely blank
I do have a siteground php_errorlog and it had this in there already, but did not add anything new when I cleared the cache and reloaded:

Please follow the instructions in this documentation to activate debug in your site to see any PHP errors recorded that can provide insight on to whats going on. Please reply with a link to debug.log file. If you are not able to do this please send us FTP access to your site so we can do this for you.

Hello I just bought the Repeat Customizer addon. Is there any timeframe when the rich text field will be working for the custom field of the Repeat Customizer addon?
depends on the quality of your server and the php version and memory limit
think of each event as tho its a post (which it is) so try loading 200 posts on one page.
what server are you thinking of using? and what theme? (Some themes claim to be popular and some are but as they don’t stick to wordpress standards they will cause issues)
