sorry I’ll need to get in there to diagnose and double check your settings- the settings seem right but I’ll need to diagnise from within the admin area

I believe I have fixed it??? I don’t know the paid membership pro plugin at all so let me know- its Sunday here I am like the caretaker of the helpdesk over the weekend- the tech guys work mon-fri so I’ll do what I can today and I’ll be around for the next several hours
so I got the calendar and single events to show- I did do some setting changes however I wasn’t able to get the problem to appear

so what settings did you change in order for the error to appear
it is possible that the saving of the myeventon>>>>settings>>>event card has sorted the issue??? I don’t know I need to be able to know the settings changed to trigger the error

Thank you very much for such a detailed reply.
I possibly didnt explain very well what the issue was so apologies for that.
As you can see on this page: Test Event – great-chimpanzee-d962e0.instawp.xyz it shows two lines of text, one is set to a public visibility, one is locked down to a specific membership, yet both appear when not logged in / have the correct membership level.
If you view the event in the editor you can see the second block has membership restriction set correctly
Sorry the assignment to admin didn’t worked, I made you an admin again.
Now I just saved the settings and you’ll see that eventOn is not working anymore (as previous described).
I also tried other browsers and the private mode, so caching should not be the problem.

we would need admin privaledges to access eventon settings- when logged in I think we are a susbscriber
the calendar as it is and the single event page works for me
perhaps if you arte using the latest version to clear your browser cache- it might be trying to load older eventon files/scripts stuck in your browser cache

thank you, the 0 € tickets are working after the update! Sorry, I did not notice the updates days after I bought it.
Are there any more Documentations about the Ticket plugin? I have other questions regarding Ticket and WooCommerce:
1. the Tickets are not shown in the “WooCommerce Ticket Menu”
2. if I Buy Tickets it puts the order “in process”, due to that it does not send the QR code. Is this changeable?

Hi Artem, sorry it has been so long. It has been a ‘journey’ trying to update this plugin/addons.
I purchased new licenses for all of the add-on’s (as well as the main EventOn Calendar) and followed instructions on how to manually update each. After updating our calendar event styling was all messed up as compared to before. Because the website was Live I restored an older backup of the website to revert back to the previous Calendar styling.
I then created a staging environment to try again. After manually updating (this time using the FTP method) and then deactivating all of the add-on licenses from the Production site so I could then activate them on the staging site. The styling issue still persists.
