Hi Dave,
Thank you so very much for your reply. I have also investigated the option of emailing and reminder-emailing but the PDF cannot be made personally. So may be for your interest: I found a solution of a third party: certifier.io
There I can upload the CSV and send the (designes) PDF files as attachment to all the attendees. May be you can cooperate with this party. It’s the tool I needed. Combination Event-On and Certifier looks great.

Kindly update to rsvp verwion 2.9.14 should resolve this.
https://docs.myeventon.com/documentations/changelog-rsvp-events/
what version of eventon and rsvp are you using at the moment? I’ll go in and intall those versions on a clear wordpress install and see if I can duplicate the issue if its one of the latest versions but as for the current version I can’t duplicate that issue
so- looking over the changelog there was a duplicate email issue in 2015 which was fixed
https://docs.myeventon.com/documentations/changelog-rsvp-events/ v 2.2 (2015-8-6)
and no reports since then
Can you please update. to RSVP addon new version 2.9.13 and please give it a try, it should work in allowing changing existing RSVPs.
Not sure what is going on, I am not able to access your website to test things.

Hmm this is very strange, something else is slowing things down considerably on your website. Even your backend is slow to load. Any chance you can disable all the other plugins and see if eventON loads slow or not? Perhaps you can clone this website and test things on the clone version, if this website is live.
I was able to get the calendar load on this page after a long time. Let me see if we can get it loaded faster. You only have 33 events, this should not take this long.

Hello Michael, thank you for the message and we hear your concern about this. We also want to move to the block editor, but in all honesty, I feel block editor requires more unnecessary coding to add simple things that could be added with few lines. It is not very developer friendly to extending the block at the moment and I am sure it will become more refined in the future updates.
With regards to DIVI I am not sure which shortocdes they are moving away from? as long as they process the page content shortcode, eventON should function properly. I also would recommend you using eventON blocks. Which will implement any upgrades we make to eventON calendar expression on frontend, in the future.

Also for speaker description, you can do to Events > Event Speaker and edit the term and type in custom HTML description in there.
