Hi, this issue still exists. I think I found the issue that’s causing this error. Please see below screenshot.

You’ll see from the screenshot that the function has default value type “access” and the virtual url will only be returned if the type is “direct”.

Now, the function that pulls the virtual url does not have a value so it would default to “access”. And since it’s not type “direct”, the event permalink will be returned.

Thank you for your reply. I downgraded Woocommerce to 8.02.3 and it still doesn’t work. I can’t choose a ticket variation in the event, only on the product itself through the store but it doesn’t generate a Qr-code and it’s annoying because it’s for a very important annual gala evening for our organization.
Please let me know if you find a solution to this problem.
I’m sorry about these bugs because I really like your envent plugin and its add-ons but now I’m disappointed that it doesn’t work as expected. I had high hopes for your solution.
Thank you for your help.

It also occurs to me to try the opposite, your configuration and test plugin move it to a test page of our website fundacioncajasol.com, have admin user to do so. or if you need something from us tell us.

The tests we propose is to mount the same plugin, configuration of events that we have on your website and mount the same plugin, configuration of your test events on our website.

Hello, thank you for your reply.
According to the EU GDPR regulation, we cannot give access you confidential data. We have to solve the problem differently.
I noticed that if I disable woocommerce eventon works.
So it seems clear to me that the problem is to be solved on your plug-in code.

On their test site it takes us 3 seconds to load, not fabulous load times but better than our 10.
The problem as far as we can see is that it is not exactly the same example. Our events are different (they have the photo next to the name and other things).
You have our consent during this period to move the exact same plugin and configuration to your test environment to compare exactly the same.
Is it ok for you to pass all the files you need to configure the same plugin in your environment and compare?
Our server has similar resources and as we have discussed previously, we don’t think it is a performance issue because the site is running smoothly for everything else except the plugin.

did you update woocomerce? they made a dramatic change to their system and we are trying to catch up

if you can go back a version or 2 of woocmerce back to Woocommerce before 8.3 then it should start working again

Ashan is working on a fix however if you can use a previous version of woocomerce that will be faster
