You can either add new fields manually or through the code.

Are you referring to Custom Meta Data? If so, please take a look at

Custom Meta Fields:

cmd_{x} => Custom meta data values. You can add upto 10 custom meta field values with sepeate columns with column headers in format cmd_{x}

cmd_{x}L => can be used for custom field button url data

Hello,

Could you update EventON to 4.6.3, then go to EventON > enable Disable CSV export event formatting > try to re-download the list?

To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website > make sure “Delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled” is Deslected from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate.
