Apparently, the issue sits it in the application restriction of the API-key.

This has always been set to the address of our website https://tolerant-vzw.be.

When I set the application restriction to none, the generation of coordinates from an address is working again. When I click the button on the edit location page, the coordinates are entered.

When I revert back to restrict this to the website, the generation of coordinates stops working.

Of course, I don’t like to keep this setting to none. But I don’t have any clue either why the check on the website url is no longer working. Is that something that you are passing in the API-call?

Thanks

Dirk

Again, sorry for the delay. Login info has stopped working:

Error: The username temp_admin is not registered on this site. If you are unsure of your username, try your email address instead.

Could you check?

Please also try updating EventON to 4.6.3 and see if the issue is still present.

We are sorry for the delay. Ashan will take a look at this ASAP.

Could you update EventON and Tickets add-on?

Try this test event I created on our test site:

https://dev2.myeventon.com/events/test-147/

Just made a purchase with any working email and after we will complete the order, you’ll see how your Woo’s confirmation email is different.

when it says view ticket stats you would expect to see the stats attendees

Unfortunately, it’s different with Action User. It simply shows the attendees list.

Hi Ashan,

I updated the tickets addon and updated the main eventon plugin. It doesn’t look like it has fixed the issue.

I don’t think we want to disable our theme, that would potentially cause us more issues. Is there some other way to resolve this?

I just did some test transactions and it appears that when I am signed to the website and register, my name and email show up in the attendee list.  When I am not signed in they do not show up. Is there something about the login status that could be causing this? We do not require people to sing into the website or be members to register.

Thanks!

Kyle

Ashan,

There is incompatibility between RSVP settings page and Porto Builder. Take a look at my message #349917.

I’ve already told this to customer several times, but they still want you to check.

Could you check?
