Hi Robert,

please update to 4.6.2.

To update Eventon to the latest version: If you are unable to do auto-update, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest Eventon version as a zip file. Then you can go to your website > make sure “Delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled” is Deselected from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one, and activate. This link will further explain the process.

It seems to be lost because the data field returns an empty value

I am an advanced user not a newbie. I already did that. I don’t send tickets until I exhaust other options. I don’t allow access. Every time there is an update, something else breaks. I’m so tired of wasting my valuable time doing quality control for your poorly design update process. Your update changed something. You should know what changed. Check that first.
